Amy L. Tait has served as a director of the Company since its inception in 1993. She is currently the principal of Tait Realty Advisors, LLC. Mrs. Tait joined Home Leasing in 1983 and held several positions with the Company, including Senior and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Effective February 15, 2001, Mrs. Tait resigned her full-time position as Executive Vice President of the Company. She currently serves on the M & T Bank Advisory Board and the boards of the United Way of Greater Rochester, Princeton Club of Rochester, the Al Sigl Center, Center for Governmental Research, Allendale Columbia School and Monroe County Center for Civic Entrepreneurship. Mrs. Tait is a graduate of Princeton University and holds an M.B.A. from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of Rochester. |
