Amy is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who has been working with the attorneys in the Corporate department since she joined the firm in 2005. She has over two decades of legal experience including litigation, juvenile law and, most recently, corporate law.
Amy is a licensed California attorney. She received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University and her J.D. from San Francisco Law School. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Amy taught paralegal classes at several colleges and worked with the Conflicts Panel in the State of California. |
