Amy F. Hecht has been representing banks and other financial institutions in connection with commercial real estate finance transactions since 1987. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate lending including, but not limited to, construction finance, shopping center finance, office building finance, multifamily finance, hotel finance and affordable housing projects. She has provided representation to those institutions which hold their loans in their own portfolio and those conduit lenders who immediately sell their loans. She has provided advice to clients for both routine and complex financing transactions for properties located through out the United States of America.
