PRACTICE AREAS
Business Litigation
Amy Morgan’s practice emphasis is in business litigation. Her experience includes a wide variety of commercial issues, such as contract disputes, anti-trust, commercial breach of warranty, product liability, personal injury, employment disputes, intellectual property, fraud, and other business torts.
Ms. Morgan has courtroom experience in the Kansas City metropolitan state courts (Johnson County and Wyandotte County, Kansas; Jackson County and Clay County, Missouri) and federal courts in both Kansas and Missouri. She also has represented clients in litigation across Kansas. In addition to trial experience, she has mediation and arbitration experience as well as experience briefing and arguing before the Kansas Court of Appeals.
