Ms. Durocher’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of US, foreign, and international patents applications. Her practice also includes trademark procurement, patentability opinions, assisting with defensive publication, licensing, and appeals in inter partes reexaminations.

Ms. Durocher has experience with Biomedical Engineering, such as medical devices and biomaterials, Electrical and Computer Engineering, such as robotics, and has also worked with carbon fiber composites. Prior Professional Experience
Prior to joining Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, Ms. Durocher worked as a research assistant studying emotion in a child development laboratory at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. She also designed and built a bioreactor to apply cyclic loads to stem cell seeded materials as a Bioengineering graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh.
