Mr.Birk has served as Magic Software's general counsel and corporate secretary since May 1999. From 1997 to 1998 Mr. Birk worked as an associate in Avital Dromi & Co. a leading Tel Aviv law firm.

Mr. Birk holds an L.L.B. degree from the University of Sheffield and an M.B.A. degree from Bar Ilan University. Mr. Birk is also a certified mediator.
