Mr. Berenjian has valuation experience related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans, estate and gift tax valuation matters, financial reporting, option pricing and other valuation purposes. Mr. Berenjian has extensive experience and knowledge relating to the analysis of public market guideline companies, merger and acquisition research and analysis, industry segment analysis and the impact of economic conditions upon a company’s operations. Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Berenjian was employed by Vector Marketing Corporation, where he attained and managed his own clientele through direct sales. Mr. Berenjian holds a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. |
