Ambreen Salters is a Managing Director in the Houston and London office and has extensive experience consulting with clients and counsel regarding intellectual property and breach of contract matters. In this role, she has evaluated and quantified economic damages involving patent infringement matters in a wide range of technologies and many different industries. Ambreen has also performed analysis related to issues of lost profits, reasonable royalty, market supply and demand, product pricing and manufacturing capacity. In commercial disputes, Ambreen advises legal counsel in matters involving breach of contract, deceptive trade practices and breach of fiduciary duty. She has performed analysis related to market competition, various purchase and sale agreements, lost profits, stock valuation disputes, lost wages and sales trends. Additionally, Ambreen has performed bankruptcy and valuation projects. Ambreen received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics and her Master of Science in Economics from Baylor University. |
