Prior to joining LISI in 2007, Amber worked for a health insurance agency in Maryland. Some of her duties in the quality assurance department included verifying accuracy of information, timely processing of transactions and ensuring full compliance with carrier requirements. Amber’s proficiency in communication, excellent attention to detail and reliability ensure that brokers receive a high level of service on a daily basis. She takes initiative and goes the extra mile to get the job done accurately and on time.
