Experience:
Amber Morris is an associate in Mayer Brown's real estate practice. Amber has experience with various commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutions, real estate investment trusts, pension funds, and developers in acquiring and disposing of commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and vacant real estate, including large, multi-asset closings. In addition, Amber has experience with joint ventures, representing institutions and developers in creating partnerships and limited liability companies for the purpose of acquiring and developing retail, industrial and commercial properties. She also represents borrowers in financing transactions as well as loan assumption transactions. Furthermore, Amber represents commercial landlords in drafting and negotiating office and industrial leases.
