Ms. Walls currently assists senior attorneys with all aspects of general, employment, and workers’ compensation related litigation, including legal research, drafting court and other persuasive documents, and advocacy before administrative agencies such as the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Ohio Industrial Commission.
As a Summer Associate with the firm, Ms. Walls gained a wide variety of experience by conducting legal research and completing drafting projects for many different practice groups and types of matters, including probate and estate planning, business law, bankruptcy, and health law.
Ms. Walls has a wealth of experience as a healthcare benefits consultant for the Community Healthcare Coalition, Inc., where she advised plan sponsors on strategies for managing costs and led community-based health improvement projects.
While an intern with Akron General Medical Center, Ms. Walls assisted General Counsel with contract drafting and participated in labor mediations as well as depositions for pending medical malpractice cases.
