Ms. Young is regularly engaged to lobby the Tennessee General Assembly on behalf of various clients, including hospitals, insurance companies, telecommunications companies, and professional groups. She has represented licensees before regulatory boards regarding licensure violations and regarding interpretation of rules. She represents various clients in general civil practice, including automobile accidents, health care litigation, and commercial matters. She defends an insurance company and its insureds in automobile accident litigation.
