Amanda A. Neidert’s primary practice focuses on general environmental and toxic tort litigation, and environmental regulatory compliance and permitting matters. Her litigation practice includes the defense of complex, multi-party toxic tort and premises liability matters, as well as representation of a wide variety of defendants in asbestos personal injury, toxic tort and products liability claims. Ms. Neidert also represents students with disabilities in need of appropriate educational programming under state and federal special education laws. Ms. Neidert is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy and as a member of the Moot Court Board.
