Amal Lahoud joined KPMG Coroprate Finance in 2002. She advises clients on the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Amal worked for Andersen Corporate Finance LLC, the investment banking and financial advisory arm of Arthur Andersen LLP, advising on several M&A and financing engagements across various industries. Prior to that, Amal held an officer level position in the commercial banking division of a large financial institution underwriting credit for lending purposes, monitoring a credit portfolio, and advising on alternate cash management strategies.
