Amal Chaudhuri has a deep understanding of the intersection between technology, asset management, and finance on a global scale. Mr. Chaudhuri is the former CIO of Citigroup and Managing Director of Global Systems and Architecture at JP Morgan. Heis widely regarded as a corporate IT visionary and served as an advisor to SignaCert prior to joining the executive team. While at Citigroup and JP Morgan, Mr. Chaudhuri was responsible for development and implementation of technology strategy, enterprise application development and infrastructure, and overseeing a large global organization. In addition to executive roles at Citigroup and JP Morgan, Mr. Chaudhuri was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust and a Division Manager at Teknekron Software Systems. Mr. Chaudhuri holds advisory and board roles with a number of startups and their associated venture capital firms. He graduated from Vassar College with a degree in BioPhysics and Computer Science.
