Amadou is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the SMARTHINKING technology platform. Prior to that, Amadou was responsible for SMARTHINKING Customer Service Coordination. He oversaw incoming customer communication and solves technical and non-technical problems. Before joining SMARTHINKING, Amadou was a Customer and Technical Support Agent with RCN Corporation. There he provided high quality technical and customer support to all RCN Internet and Cable Modem customers' nation wide. He has also worked extensively as an independent programmer for a number of companies. Amadou holds a BA from the University of Burkina Faso (West Africa) and several technology certifications. He is currently completing a BS in Computer Science and Information Systems at UMUC (University of Maryland University College). |
