Alyn is an associate in the corporate group in Faegre & Benson’s Minneapolis office. She has experience representing both public and private clients in connection with securities offerings, acquisition transactions and general corporate governance matters. Alyn also regularly assists publicly held companies in their preparation of periodic SEC reports and proxy statements. Representative public company clients include Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, Hutchinson Technology Incorporated, Hawkins, Inc. and SurModics, Inc. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alyn worked as an editor for publishing houses in the Twin Cities.
