Alvin Leong is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Mr. Leong is an asset and structured finance lawyer with extensive experience in a wide variety of transactions, including public and private debt securities offerings, securitizations, secured and unsecured lending, operating and finance leasing, and financial restructurings. He has worked closely with some of the world's leading commercial and investment banking institutions. Mr. Leong speaks at conferences regularly, has written for the Bloomberg Corporate Law Journal, and is listed as a leading lawyer in Chambers USA and in Expert Guide's Guide to the World's Leading Aviation Lawyers.
