Alvin A. Hirsch joined the Company as Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer on December 1, 2001. Mr. Hirsch has been the President of Hirsch & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm, since 1986. Mr. Hirsch has also served as chief operating officer, chief financial officer, secretary or treasurer of several public and private companies during the past 24 years. He served as a Vice President of Bankers Trust Company and the Managing Director of Bankers Trust Australia during the period 1970-1983. Mr. Hirsch has an MBA
