Mr. Garcia-Tunon is Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Wabtec Corporation. Prior to being appointed CFO he held several positions of increasing responsibility in the company’s finance organization.
He joined the company in 1995 as vice president and treasurer and was promoted to senior vice president of finance in 1999. In these roles he was responsible for the company’s legal treasury mergers and acquisitions investor relations and corporate accounting functions. Prior to joining Wabtec he served for five years as vice president of business development for Pulse Electronics which was acquired by Wabtec in 1995.
Before joining Pulse he was vice president of acquisitions for AMF Bowling from 1986-90. Prior to that time he held various positions at two major public accounting firms where he provided overall tax audit and financial consulting services as well as obtaining his law degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Bar Association in Virginia. |
