Alma R. Shuckhart is Senior Executive Vice President & President Southwest Florida Market. She received an A.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Inver Hills Community College in Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University. She began her career in 1987 at Barnett Bank of Pasco County, Florida as a commercial credit management trainee, where she advanced to Commercial Banking Officer in 1990. Shuckhart relocated to Illinois in 1990, joining Evanston Bank as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking. A second relocation in 1993 led her to TIB Bank in the Florida Keys. Shuckhart had served as Executive Vice Presdient and Chief Credit Officer since 2003. Mrs. Shuckhart has served with TIB for 14 years in numerous executive positions and is the primary steward of the company's high asset quality. She was part of the TIB Executive team that opened the Southwest Florida market for TIB in 2002. She currently serves on several internal committees, including the Rate, Executive Loan and Executive Committees. |
