Allison Fulton is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Washington, D.C. Office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Ms. Fulton's practice focuses primarily on patent litigation with an emphasis on mechanical and electrical arts.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fulton worked as a technical consultant at a software company in McLean, Virginia, where she performed analytical testing of software using various database platforms. She also worked for Intel Corporation as a work flow analyst in the fabrication plants. Ms. Fulton received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in 1999.
She received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2005. Ms. Fulton is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. |
