Allison is an associate in the litigation department and a member of the business disputes practice group. She focuses her practice on trademark, copyright, unfair competition and related intellectual property litigation and other adversarial proceedings including proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Defense of national manufacturer of woodworking tools in trademark actions before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Representation of international furniture manufacturer in various breach of contract actions.
Representation of leading manufacturer of non-lethal law enforcement products in pursuing claim of false advertisement brought in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
Multi-district representation of national fabric manufacturer in asserting claims for copyright infringement.
