Allison B. Clements is an Associate with Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Ms. Clements practices in the areas of business and health care law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the law firm, Ms. Clements was employed by the largest payroll, human resources and benefits provider in the United States. Ms. Clements has significant experience in EECO compliance and state and federal salary, wage and hour laws.
Ms. Clements graduated magna cum laude from the Ave Maria School of Law, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and was a recipient of the St. Thomas More Honors Scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Clements served as a Senior Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and received the St. Raymond of Penyafort Award, presented to the student excelling in written advocacy. She was also a member of the championship team of the State of Michigan Moot Court Competition in 2004 and 2005, and has won several awards for brief writing on a state and national level.
Ms. Clements is a summa cum laude graduate of Salisbury University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Accounting. |
