Allen Snelling, CFA Prior to his affiliation with Trinity Advisors, Mr. Snelling was CEO of IntraSafe Medical, a developer of a proprietary disposable infusion device. From start up to commercialization, Mr. Snelling was responsible for capitalization, FDA clearance, personnel hires, marketing, sales and writing and negotiating all contracts. From 2001 to 2004 Mr. Snelling was a Managing Director with Spencer Trask Ventures, a New York City based Venture Capital and Investment Banking firm. Concurrently for two years he was Corporate Director of Finance for North American Technologies Group, Inc (Nasdaq "NAMC.OB") a rapidly growing proprietary composite technology company. In these capacities Mr. Snelling structured and raised over $30 million in equity financings.
Mr. Snelling entered private equity in 1991 after receiving his MBA from Texas Christian University. He started his own investment advisory practice in 1996 focusing on private placements which he sold in 2001. Syndications Mr. Snelling originated or participated in include Oil & Gas, technology, alternative energy and venture capital funds.
Prior to receiving his MBA, from 1982 to 1991 Mr. Snelling worked as a Sales Engineer with Mobil Oil and subsequently as a Sales Manager with Lubrication Engineers, Inc., the nation’s premier lubrication manufacturer. Mr. Snelling received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1982. |
