Allen Morgan is a General Partner with Mayfield. Mr. Morgan's investment focus is on technologically innovative solutions that enhance knowledge-worker productivity in the enterprise software infrastructure and applications arena as well as new companies in the area of interactive entertainment and new media. Mr. Morgan currently serves on the boards of Beatnik, Electric Cloud, PlanetOut Partners, Scalix (formerly BAMail), and Varsity Group (VSTY). Prior to joining Mayfield, Mr. Morgan was a partner with renowned Silicon Valley law firms Latham & Watkins and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he led a successful legal career facilitating more than 350 venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other public offerings. Mr. Morgan holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, a second BA degree and MA degree from Oxford University and a JD from the University of Virginia. |
