Allen Finkelson is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
Allen was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1971 and became a partner in 1977. In 1983, he left Cravath to be a managing director in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers. Allen returned to Cravath in 1985.
