Allen Finkelson - Partner, Cravath, Swaine & Moore became a Director in 1994. Mr. Finkelson has been a partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore since 1977, with the exception of the period 1983 through 1985, when he was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb Incorporated. Mr. Finkelson joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore in 1971. Mr. Finkelson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University and a Doctor of Laws degree from Columbia University School of Law. |
