Mr. Allen R. McGee has served as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Petro resources Corporation since April 2005. Mr. McGee has owned and managed a private accounting practice since 1987. Mr. McGee received his BBA from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. McGee began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1971 in the auditing department. He then served three years at Gulf Oil Corporation with his last position being Director of Financial Accounting for Gulf Oil Refining and Marketing. He then served for two years as CFO for Pexco U.S.A., a small exploration and production company. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. McGee served as the Controller for Williams Exploration Company. |
