Allen McCallie concentrates his practice on real estate, finance, exempt organizations, conservation law, and public and private nonprofit development ventures. He has a broad range of experience in commercial real estate projects, and also has represented unique public-private partnership ventures involving the revitalization of downtown Chattanooga through projects such as the Tennessee Aquarium, Tennessee RiverPark, and various mixed-use facilities. He serves as Tennessee Counsel for the Trust for Public Land.
