Allen H. Lin heads Foldera's Quality Assurance and Technical Writing teams as Director of Software Analysis. The architect behind the company's comprehensive testing strategy, Allen has been instrumental in ensuring the high level of quality demonstrated by all of Foldera's products. One of Foldera's primary user advocates, Allen was pivotal in creating a number of user support resources, and continually works to improve product usability and user friendliness. Before joining Foldera, Allen held related positions with the industry renowned Quality Assurance department at Blizzard Entertainment, a division of Vivendi Universal Games, and with Salomon Smith Barney, a global, full-service financial firm. Allen holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and a Bachelors of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, with specializations in Information Systems and Software Systems focused on Application Usability Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction. Allen joined Foldera in January of 2003. |
