In addition to being a member of Marathon Technologies' Board of Directors, Allan Wallack is also on the Board of Directors, holds an advisory position, or holds a consulting and investing position with Carbon Design Systems, Polychromix, Lumigent, Acme Packets, Round Box and Xplicit. Allan was CEO and president of Spring Tide Networks, an IP services company, from 1999 - 2000. Previously, Allan served as chairman, CEO and president of Chrysalis Symbolic Design, an electronic design automation software company purchased by Avanti Corp.; was CEO and president of Synernetics, a communications company; was COO of COGNEX Corporation and vice president of marketing for MASSCOMP; and held numerous positions for Digital Equipment Corporation. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Allan has a BS in electrical engineering from City College of New York and an MS in electrical engineering from Northeastern University. |
