Allan has been a director since October 2000. Allan brings nearly 30 years of proven operations finance and management expertise gained through executive positions in leading global enterprises to InfoNow’s board. From 1996 to 2000 he served as the Chief Financial Officer of US West a major telecommunications firm located in Denver Colorado. In this role Allan was responsible for internal and external finance including strategy operations and investor relations. Allan worked for MediaOne from 1993 to 1996; he worked for US West when it spun off from AT&T from 1983 to 1993; and he worked for AT&T from 1970 to 1983. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of eyeRis and IPASS. Allan is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance Committee. |
