PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Ms. Faris (Enck) worked in academia prior to joining the firm, performing research in the areas of molecular biology and physiology. She is a co-author on several publications in internationally recognized journals. Ms. Faris also contributed to the law review article, "The Penguin's Genome, or Coase and Open Source Biotechnology", 18 Harv. J. Law & Tech. 167 (2004). She served as intern to the Honorable Patty Shwartz, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. |
