Alison Lehr joined Cemstone in 2007 as an environmental/safety coordinator after earning a degree in Environmental Studies and English from St. Olaf College. Prior to graduation, Lehr received an academic internship in Environmental Studies at Cemstone, where she updated and developed storm water pollution prevention plans. Lehr's current responsibilities include inspecting plants and mining sites, updating Cemstone’s environmental management system (EMS), and employee training on environmental compliance and best management practices. |
