Alison Boyer focuses her practice in the area of commercial law including commercial real estate transactions, commercial lending, and environmental law issues. Ms. Boyer represents lenders making real estate secured loans as well as purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. She also assists senior attorneys in researching and addressing a variety of environmental law matters.
