Alison M. Howard is an associate in the Firm’s Oklahoma City office, and focuses her practice on litigation and trial practices, appellate procedures, and healthcare litigation laws. She is an active member of both the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, and holds memberships in the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Holloway Inn of Court, and the Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. Ms. Howard’s experience is evidenced by her published works, as co-author, which include Payors, Providers, and the Courts: An Update on State and Federal Litigation, from American Health Lawyers Association Law Conference for Health Plans, Providers, and Insurers; and "Oklahoma's Collateral Order Doctrine? The Appealability of Pre-Judgment Orders After Hammonds, in the Oklahoma Bar Journal. Ms. Howard received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in 1997, where she was a member of the English Honor Society, and received the Knute Rockne Student Athlete Award in Track and Field. Ms. Howard continued her education at the Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 2003), where she was honored as a Notre Dame Law School Scholar, as well as a first-year Moot Court Best Speaker. |
