Alisa Tenenholtz advises public and private companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property-related agreements, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. She also assists investment advisers and private investment funds on formation, registration, and regulatory compliance. In addition, Alisa provides guidance to non-profit entities on general operational matters, including filing for and maintaining tax-exempt status.
During law school, Alisa worked as a legal intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts, as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and as an advocate for the Legal Advocacy and Resource Center.
