Alisa Reff is counsel on the Labor and Employment Team of the firm's HR Law Practice Group.
Alisa is experienced in the defense of employment-related claims and litigation. She has provided advice and counsel to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship and represented management in issues of employment law before administrative agencies and in federal and state courts.
Publications, Speaking Engagements and Honors. Alisa was a contributing author of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce's The Maryland Handbook on Labor and Employment Laws; a contributor to The Employment Law Deskbook; and co-author of Sexual Harassment and Related Employment Torts: The Employers Perspective, published by the American Bar Association. Alisa lectures on employment law topics before professional and business audiences and frequently provides training to managers and employees.
In General. During law school Alisa was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice.
She is a member of the American, District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations. |
