Alina Davis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Highest Honors from Rutgers College. While at Rutgers, she completed a Henry Rutgers Honors Thesis and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Davis earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School, Newark. At Rutgers Law School, Ms. Davis was a research assistant for Professor Gary Francione, an active participant in the Rutgers Pro Bono Service Program and a member of Phi Delta Phi and the International Law Society.
Ms. Davis has extensive ERISA and employee benefit plan compliance experience. She is currently focused on class action lawsuits, including ERISA, securities and consumer fraud litigation.
Ms. Davis is admitted to practice in the states of Florida and New Jersey.
