Most recently Alice co-founded The Elliot Leadership Institute, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to leadership development and advancement in the foodservice and hospitality industries. Alice is the Institute’s namesake and the co-chair of the Elliot Leadership Institute’s Advisory Council. For 20 years, the Elliot name has been universally recognized as a premier search and consulting company. Alice started Elliot Associates Inc. in 1984, as an executive search firm exclusively within the hospitality and retail service industries. Today, Elliot Associates is the premier executive search firm with nine national offices. In 1996, Alice founded Elliot Solutions, LLC, a highly acclaimed consulting firm committed to providing practical business solutions for the hospitality industry. In 2001, she formed Elliot Executive Source, Ltd. an executive search firm serving the foodservice, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Alice is active in the hospitality industry and has spoken at many industry highlights including MUFSO (Multi-Unit Food Service Operator) Annual Conference, COEX (Chain Operators Exchange), WFF (The Women’s Foodservice Forum) Annual Conference, NRAEF (The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation) Salute to Excellence, and the Annual Food & Wine Magazine Classic at Aspen. She is the founder and master of ceremonies for the The Elliot Leadership Conference, the highly acclaimed invitation-only annual executive forum.
