She has spent her entire legal career at Drinker Biddle and has considerable experience in counseling companies on all types of technology and web issues. Alice assists clients with matters relating to e-commerce, including website agreements, privacy concerns, hosting agreements and other issues that are the outcome of doing business on the Internet. She also regularly advises clients on outsourcing, consulting services, software research and development and licensing of various types of intellectual property. Alice has negotiated sponsored research and joint development agreements with academic, government, health care and industrial entities.
