Ali Hosseini is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and a member of the Global Project Finance Group. Mr. Hosseini's experience covers a wide variety of domestic and international financial and corporate transactions, including structured and acquisition finance, securitizations and collateralized debt obligations. His recent experience includes representing the lenders providing financing to Controladora Milano following its acquisition of Grupo Attie in Mexico and the lenders providing financing to Altta Homes in Mexico.
Mr. Hosseini received a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to practice in New York. His native languages are English and Farsi, and he is proficient in Spanish. |
