Ali Anekwe is an associate in the Corporate Finance Department of Chapman and Cutler LLP. Mr. Anekwe primarily focuses on representing commercial and institutional lenders, including larger and medium sized insurance companies, banks, capital companies and other financial institutions in corporate finance and securities offerings, including private placements of debt (both secured and unsecured), Rule 144A offerings, private equity securities transactions, leasing financing transactions, U.S. Government contract monetizations and asset securitization transactions. Additionally, Mr. Anekwe has acted as special counsel representing insurance companies and institutional lenders in various structured credit-tenant lease transactions. Prior to joining Chapman and Cutler, Mr. Anekwe was an associate in the Insurance and Financial Services Group of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP, Chicago. |
