Alfred Wang is a member of the Global Project Finance Group in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
On the sponsor side, Mr. Wang's recent experience includes representing the Japanese sponsors in the $3.5 billion Western Energy Development and Anaco Projects with PDVSA, as well as the representation of a domestic project company in the restructuring and refinancing of a power generation facility. On the lender side, Mr. Wang's recent experience includes representing the first-lien lenders in connection with a first-lien/second-lien loan facility for a Latin American oil project.
Mr. Wang received his law degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in New York. |
