One of Liquidnet's founding employees, Alfred has had supervisory responsibility over several of the Firm's departments. From 2000 to 2004, Alfred oversaw Liquidnet's marketing division. Currently he is the head of Liquidnet's Corporate Strategy Group. In this capacity, Alfred oversees Liquidnet's partnerships, alliances, potential major transactions and projects. Alfred has directed and supervised Liquidnet's strategic acquisitions, including the recent merger of Miletus Trading, LLC into Liquidnet. He is a recognized expert in the financial services industry and has spoken at numerous conferences and symposia. Before joining Liquidnet, Mr. Eskandar helped launched Securities Industry News, which was acquired by Thomson Financial Services in 1996. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Eskandar headed business development for the operations, trading and technology division of Thomson Financial's Investment Marketing Group. Alfred earned a BBA in Finance and Economics from Baruch College. |
