Alfred L. Woods, 63, Chairman of the Board and interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Woods has been a Director of the company since 1997 and has served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since 2003. He also has served on the Compensation Committee, chaired the Governance and Nominating Committee, and served as Lead Director. He is a Director of Clutchmobile, Inc. He has spent 40 years in executive management and consulting. He is active in community affairs in Williamsburg, Va., where he resides and serves as an Executive Partner at William & Mary, is associated with the Graduate School of Business and chairs the Economic Development Committee. He also chairs the annual campaign in support of the Olde Towne Medical Center and chairs the Strategic Planning Committee. |
