Alfred J. LaRosa joined Eisner & Lubin in 1983 and became a partner in the trust and estate practice in 1993. Al helps clients plan their estates to facilitate a smooth transfer of wealth and is heavily involved in charitable tax planning. He also assists clients, attorneys, executors and trustees in tax planning, accounting and administration of trusts and estates. When asked about the most gratifying aspect of his work, Al replied, There is so much diversity to my work at the firm. Each situation is unique. This provides me with great opportunities to be creative in helping clients achieve their goals. I also enjoy the opportunity to work with our staff helping them expand their skills and grow professionally. Al is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the Estate Planning Committee and the Income of Estates and Trusts Committee for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a director of the Thomas and Jeanne Elmezzi Private Foundation and serves as an executor and trustee for various estates and trusts. Al received his B.B.A. in accounting from Pace University, and earned an M.S. in taxation from Baruch College. He continues his professional education in taxation and trust & estate planning. Al resides in Long Island with his wife and their two children. He enjoys coaching baseball and soccer and spending time with family and friends. |
