Mr. Falk joined e.Digital in 1995 as Vice President of Corporate Development / Vice President OEM & International Sales. Mr. Falk was appointed President and Director of e.Digital in January 1997 and on July 1, 1998 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. On July 1, 2004 Fred Falk stepped down as the Company’s president and chief executive officer to serve as vice president of corporate development over the Company’s personal video technology platform. Before joining e.Digital, Mr. Falk served Resources Internationale as Director of U.S. Sales from 1993 - 1995. For the eight years prior to 1993, Mr. Falk was the Manager of OEM Sales and Technology Licensing for Personal Computer Products, Inc. From 1978 - 1988, he held several management positions at DH Technology and was instrumental in its successful start-up. Mr. Falk attended Palomar College in San Marcos and Foothill College in Los Altos, California. |
