From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Merriweather was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of LipoMatrix, Inc., a medical device company based in Neuchatel, Switzerland. Prior to that, Mr. Merriweather was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Laserscope, a manufacturer of surgical laser systems.
